Typically, if a resident rents a private room and assumes full responsibility for a well-behaved pet weighing less than 50 pounds, we can consider making an exception to our standard policy. However, in shared living situations, pets are often not permitted to maintain harmony among residents and uphold the integrity of the communal space.
